Adding community detection plugin #43

Hi @dunnock , I want to add this community detection plugin.

It would be appreciative if you let me know how to do that.

Hi @alishir , I am travelling right till next Wednesday, though as a quick and dirty solution this plugin might be copied to sigma-src and wrapped by webpack config sigma-src/webpack.sigma.js then included in the component. Will look once get back
