Feature Request: Notebook extension for jupyter-themes? #390

Hi @dunovank & other contributors, thanks for such a wonderful work!

It will be really great if there could also be a notebook extension for jupyter-themes so that it becomes easy to switch back and forth between different themes by clicking on extension icon in toolbar (which will then refresh the notebook with new theme). Also in settings of such extension, it could allow user to save a custom theme by providing a suitable combination of several jupyter-themes options and their values (by govong it name they prefer).

The main need I see of such an extension is that the jupyter-themes are great but most users prefer different value of options with each theme - so it will save the user from hassle of saving their preferred options somewhere on their PC and copy-pasting the command each time in notebook to get it enabled.

I'm following this thread as I am definitely interested in a notebook extension version of this as well. I think it would work extremely well for a setup with many users.
