'jt' is not recognized as an internal or external command #397

installed jupyter themes using pip, ran the commands in the command line and given this error.

Just some friendly issue request feedback:

  1. List the operating system that you are using
  2. List all of the steps that led up to the issue - i.e. all commands
  3. List all (if any) steps you took to resolve the issue and the results
  4. Note any questions you have with the process itself
  5. Keep in mind that this issue request will go out to everyone that follows this project.
