I don't really like having background on every part on the code, so I took it out from markdown text in gruvboxd. But the problem is that if I do this then the monospace text meant to highlight some parts in markdown text appears as normal text. The only way I found to change the background colour of monospace text is by changing the notebook background which is useless for me as I don't want a different background for markdown.
Well you can't really tell here in a white background, but it is clear on a theme.
