Adjust the width of "line number" column #432

Hi,

I am using "Codefolding" and "Codefolding in Editor" in Nbextensions. When the line numbers are also shown, the column is not wide enough to show both line numbers and the arrows of code folding. Could you please add an option to adjust the width of that column? Thanks!
