Group external CIDR ranges by name #731

I tried this to reduce the map clutter on systems which use ingress/egress rules for things like CDN endpoints where there are many CIDR ranges for the same service and there isn't a meaningful difference between them.

I'm sorry but the network visualization of CloudMapper are no longer maintained, so I'm going to close this out without merging it.
