Dropping gnode #455

drops gnode from our spawn in bin/duo
adds travis tests for node 0.12 and iojs
moves sub-command processing to bin/duo
- allows people to use gnode, babel or whatever to execute duo
- in our tests here, we're using gnode to test 0.10 via gnode ./bin/duo ...
- allows using generators even in sub-commands (that got tricky, which is why I had to close/reopen)
using search-path to traverse bin/$PATH/etc to search for sub-commands

Oh yeah, and since we're dynamically adding the --harmony-generators flag rather than always relying on gnode/regenerator I've noticed huge performance improvements. :)

This will fix #448 and #433 (possibly others)
