No email sent on sign in

Description:

On a new login with my existing account, the one-time password page results in no email being sent whatsoever. This means it is impossible for me to create a new connection whether on the app or on the web page. Note that previous sessions are still active, so I can still access my account, but if I disconnect I can no longer sign in again.

Interesting details:

I use a @laposte.net mail address. It is in the whitelist so no apparent problem. I used to receive DM notifications on my mail inbox until may 6th, after which the no more mails were sent. (They are not in the spam.) This suggests two things:

• This issue not only affects the one-time password, but all features using a mail address.
• This may be linked to the massive influx of new people and the recent server changes.

Reproducing the bug:

While my account is bugged I can easily reproduce the bug by trying to log in, but I don't know how to purposefully glitch your account.

Possible fixes:

Supporting this feature could be possible way to fix this issue. It would work for me because I still have an active session on Duolicious, but it wouldn't help for someone that has no active session.

Says 403 forbidden in inspector, was I banned for some reason? I don't think I did anything to deserve that

Huh seems I can do it from different IP and email strange, my only explanation is maybe the email was flagged as spam or something weird
