PHP Deprecated Function

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Runing example.php
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
PHP Errors:
1. Assigning the return value of new object by reference is deprecated 
$this->_ole =& new OLERead()
2. Deprecated: Function split() is deprecated

Please provide any additional information below.
1. Don't use reference for new objects, $this->_ole = new OLERead()
2. I used explode instead of split and it works ;)

also done those, it works.
it should be updated to work with php 5.3.x
