No "ъ" key on russian-language 4-row Gingerbread layout. #270

I use latest version (1.34rc5). My device, if it matters, Explay informer 701.

Russian keyboard must look like that: http://goo.gl/slTtd And right top button 
must be "Ъ". There is no that button on 4-row gingerbread layout. But on 5-row 
keyboard everything ok. Please fix it.

But this key not uses frequently, and it wil be good, if "ъ" can be typed by 
long press of "х" key, because adding "ъ" key to keyboard shrink other keys.

It is on "ь" (soft sign) key. Just long tap. =)
