EAS 12.0 support and initial 14.0 #55

Hi,

These are the changes I did to caldav.php to add the needed tags for EAS 12.0. EAS 14.0 has new tags, but they are optional. With these changes BackendCalDav will export 14.0 as its supported version.

Feel free to use them, or rewrite as needed.
