BackendIMAP works - BackendCombined not #66

Having BackendIMAP works great. Using BackendCombined doesn't work at all, even if only IMAP is enabled.

I tried it with CalDav + CardDav as well and can see that auth for those work fine, but there seems to be a problem with IMAP.

Clear you state folder, and try to setup it again. Seems like you changed the backend with existing state.
