fix the Recurring Event of month on nth week nth day #70

I fix the one problem,but there have another one about the line of 630. But i don't know how to do. the type of Recurring Event is 3.You forget to do.Please fix it soon.:)

In ical file of the recurring event the rrule like "RRULE:FREQ=MONTHLY;UNTIL=20130707T160000Z;WKST=SU;BYDAY=2TH". Also the case of WKST forget to do.
