Resolution for DURACLOUD-1258 #47

Also includes another commit that makes changes needed for DURACLOUD-1257. Also standardised all the RabbitMQ methods and variables while I was at it.

Bumps duracloud and duracloud-db dependencies to 7.1.0-SNAPSHOT.
