The requested changes to methods from the reviewers required retuning multiple parameters within the functions. It also required new manual layer picking (as depths were slightly modified by the dynamic firn transition depth changes - see PR #19 for details). Improved manual picks will also likely improve the logistic regression parameters, as these are still rather inconsistent.
