These changes represent those added in preparation for presentations at the AGU 2019 Fall Meeting. The main changes are incorporating updated density stat model results, switching from layer grouping to integrated brightness peaks, and improved optimizations of the logistic parameters.
Because of the switch to integrated brightness peaks (as opposed to layer grouping/tracing), this branch dev fundamentally diverges from master. It should therefore be maintained separately until this issue is resolved.
