A function is needed to format the data in such a way that it can be easily imported into other programs (principally R, but perhaps have switch cases for both Python and NetCDF as well?).

Added export2_.m to perform this (currently WIP). I still need to streamline it some.

Proposed changes/additions:

Allow arbitrary variable selection as input (with defined defaults)
Set as a loop to iterate through each selected variable
Wrap each iteration in try-catch statement (to deal with errors or missing data)
Place each variable within the same nested structure
Export integrated structure to a GUI-selected directory
