SEO problem #83

Version 1.2.7 (SMCF)?

I am having a problem with SEO.The contact form is the last thing shown on the 
page on other words its in every footer on my wp theem.
"Contact Us *Name: *Email: Subject: *Message: Send Cancel Powered by 
SimpleModal Contact Form"

I need to get this out?

This is the way the plugin works. The code is open source, if you'd like to 
modify it to load via Ajax.
