As the Debian freeze, to get the next stable version in shape, is coming closer: any chance of cutting a new release, to include all the recent fixes?

The main work is getting a working ci back, meaning going somewhere else than travis, e.g. github actions.

I started to work on this via #73. Works in my fork, not sure why it doesn't yet in this MR.

Edit 1: This works in a MR in my forked repo, see https://github.com/geor-g/trocla/pull/1. So it might work in here as well, once merged?

Edit 2: The setting of this repo might need to be changed, as the defaults of new repos might not apply to this once, as it predates the introduction of GitHub Actions.
