i have add the branch framework (my ideas about an component framework).

objective target:

• standardized handling of views (clock, phone, camera, etc.)
• loading on demand (visibility)
• shared code base
• distributed functionality (reduce complexity of merges)
• consolidate layout and code (runtime)
• alternative layout implementations

i guess we need something like that.

i guess the basics are in place

• a container managing visibility and touch event handling
• menu integration
• switchable default layouts
• example: child view for phone and camera
• small variety of listener implementation (onResume, onPause, onScreenOffTimerOn/Off, onMenuActionListener, onPreview)

for testing purpose package is renamed in org.durka.hallmonitor_framework_test (separate installable apk).

todo:

• usable menu item positioning
• grouping menu item (for example ringer state; states: silent, vibrate or ring; two needs to be shown)
• media keys
