Cannot add custom machine definition XML after first install #29

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the OS X Installer version of Replocatorg 034
2. Open the program, do whatever, then close the program
3. Try to add a custom machine XML file to Replicatorg/Resources/machines
4. Re-open Replicatorg...new machine does not show up in "Machines" drop-down

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see my custom machine under the Machines menu...the above steps 
will never result in that.
However, I *am* able to add new machines if I am careful to add them before I 
open the program for the first time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using a version of Replicatorg I got here:
http://code.google.com/p/replicatorg/downloads/detail?name=ReplicatorG-0034-Inst
aller.dmg&can=2&q=
and I'm on OS X 10.6.8

Please provide any additional information below.
