034 on Mac 10.7.3 is missing all slicing profiles except Replicator default #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download and run 034 (or any of the self-contained repG.app versions after 
0031 Beta)
2. Open an stl model
3. Click "Model to GCode" and try to select a slicing profile

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see a list of slicing profiles for various machines.  Instead I 
only get a single entry in the drop-down list. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0034 on OSX Lion 10.7.3
