Формат для ввода координат в POI #137

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Перейти к добавлению POI
2. Добавить POI
3. Попробовать ввести координаты в формате: 
N55°29,3988' E38°09,4390'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Нет выбора масски ввода, чтобы можно было 
вводить координаты в разных форматах. 
Ввести координаты в этом формате можно 
только заменяя уже введенные, что неудобно.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v.0.9.4
Android 4.1 (Acer Iconia Tab A701)
