Added Dutch translation #2

A little comment about this: the translation doesn't include strings in window.py, i.e. the 'Select light wallpaper' and 'Select dark wallpaper' buttons and the toasts

That's odd. I generated the POT file using the usual method (ninja dynamic-wallpaper-pot -C builddir/), so I don't know why some strings are missing.

Probably because the author didn't add gettext support to those strings. There is no underscore.

That's correct. First I just wanted to get everything working. As soon as I have some free time, I'll work on refactoring code to enable translation.

@Vistaus, a friendly notification 😁. Gettext support has been added to the code so you can now easily translate the whole app.
