wavsep_DB_generation_script.txt database name is now wavsepDB #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the wavsep_DB_generation_script.txt
2. Script installs a db called authority
3. Application looks for a database called wavsepDB

The "wavsep_DB_generation_script.txt" file is designed to work only with wavsep 
1.0.0 and wavsep 1.0.3.

When installing wavsep 1.1.1+, the built-in installation jsp page must be used 
("/wavsep/wavsep-install/install.jsp"), since it installs both a derby DB and a 
mysql DB, and the database name wavsep DB is only used as of 1.1.0, and handled 
in the built-in installer.

However, this issue is confusing so I will post a clarification about the 
relevance of this script in the description of the script and the main project 
page.
