i want to know about the license of Google Translate Api. i would like to use 
this api for a commercial application..

how many translations i can do per day... is there any limitation?

This is just an issue tracker for a Java wrapper library for the Google API - I 
suggest you try the Google API groups to get the answer to your question, I'm 
not aware of any limits but they should be able to give you a more certain 
answer.
