[Onsite] Dust command-line client

Create a command-line client to interact with Dust.

• Figure out authentication
• Prepare short proposal for the command line interface (how to ping assistants, how to attach files, what else?...)
• Implement in the language of your choice

The idea is for you to focus on user experiences that you think are particularly interesting or useful.

In case you are wondering where to start, here are possible steps once you've created a dust account, grabbed a dev API key & crawled through the API docs (note: those are really indicative):

• send a single text message to a fixed assistant & display the answer
• handle a full conversation
• list assistants
• handle mentioning any assistant
• list conversations, then display a single conversation
• handle file attachments
• handle visualizations
• you can start as 1-shot CLI with args, then make it a REPL, or do REPL directly

Those steps are completely optional, you're free to do entirely differently, as you see fit
