Loading screen time #7

Can we increase the time the splash appears by half a second please?

Splash screen on iOS is generally only shown for the duration it takes to load the thing in. I get that you want to show the branding a bit longer though. I can do this by displaying the launch screen image in an image view on top of the content, immediately after the app finishes launching for X amount of time.

I've made it last an extra second. The version number will also appear in the bottom left corner. Should make it a bit easier to see what's going on when testing.

It will only show when the app is ran for the first time, or when the app is killed in the background for some reason. Other 'launches' are just bringing the app from the background. If you want I can tweak it to show the splash in this case too.
