For better development, move to using the Sapphire Discord.js Framework

Currently waiting to test the delete thread process. Will need to wait until backups that have been created have been purged from S3. Don't want to be deleting threads that have valid download links. It looks like this will have to be looked at on the 15th. This will finalize the conversion from Akairo to Sapphire for commands that originated in the original iteration.
