Rocket Trails #276

The rocket trails havent work for me ethen after 3 times reboot server and 
reinstall and more. its still keep saying:

Attempting to create unknown particle system 'rockettrail'

Make sure you have TF2 on your server. Anyone that does not have TF2 will not 
be able to see the trail because the rocket trail effect is from TF2.

can you then make a option so you can set it to like just "trails/smoke"?
