When a user isd given the power to rank they are also given thhe power to rank 
themself, includeingthe fact they are able to rank higher than their own rank.

The way to fix this would be to only give the user the ability to rank others 
to a lower leavle than themself and remove the ability to rank themself. 
Otherwise any user with the ability to rank can give themself owner powers.

On a server I was on recently I was able to do that, kinda a problem if you 
have admin abusers. And I know for a fact that on my server ranks could rank 
themself higher and my Evolve is fully updated.

I've been told "fully updated" many times before, with people being 10 
revisions behind.
