When I open Championify only the picture of Jinx and Vi appears with nothing else.

When I open Championify this image just pops up after 5 seconds or so, and nothing happens. I don't know what to do. I reinstalled it four times by using the exe and zip versions for Windows and it hasn't worked.

I'm on Windows 10 if that matters.
