Freezing on Update #266

Update won't go past 66%. Tried running as administrator and re-downloading as well. I've also let it run for 10-15 minutes twice and it didn't finish or crash. It just stayed at 66%.

I'm having the same issue and it seems to be related to op.gg . Everything else seems to be working fine but it freezes right before processing item sets from op.gg .
