The error makes it look like a file was missing in my latest release, however I just did a fresh install and made that the file was used and everything worked fine. It could potentially me your antivirus blocking it as it's meant to elevate privileges. What AV are you running?

Sadly, I'm still having this issue after the update.

This has been going on since March and I haven't been able to use the app. I want to say it has something to do with Cookies being stored and causing the problem, or some type of bug within the computer that remembers Championify and keeps replicating the bug.

I keep reinstalling it, but alas nothing happens. I think I'm going to give up, it's been like 7 or 8 months.

Nothing to do with cookies, something is removing a file that Championify needs in order to boot. The file exists on the release but not after you install. The file has the potential to be classed as malicious as it's to elevate privileges if they're required to write to disk, which is why I asked about your AV earlier. Windows Defender as far as I know isn't the cause.

Nope, none. It doesn't make any sense. I have the worst luck with this stuff. I hope that anyone else who has had this bug comments a solution, because I would be extremely grateful for that.
