Championify stuck Issue / freeze #387

prefs.zip championify.log.txt

What operating system:´Windows 10 Current Patch Level

What version of Championify: Latest Version (Downloaded this Morning from Release Page)

What distribution of the league client are you using (NA, EUW, KR, Garena, ect)?: EUW

Please explain the issue you're encountering: Everytime i use Championify, i run into an Issue where Championify is stuck at the End of the Import Process and just displays a blank Screen. As far as i can Tell, the Item Builds are not completly imported for all Champs (can see it in the logs too that there seems some parsing issue). Please find attached the Config and Logs. champ_screen_1

Steps taken so far: -> Deleting and Reinstalling Championify with a Fresh Installer -> Download and Reinstall League of Legends -> Setting temporary 777 Permissions for the League of Legends Folder and the Championify Folder -> Checking the Internet Connection and tried it durning different Time Periods

Strange thing i noticed: I have an Internet Connection with 40-45 Mb/s Downstream and around 15-20 Mb/s Upstream (400.000). Its a Dual Stack Lite Connection (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPv6_transition_mechanism) which means basicly that my IPv4 Connection is tunneled and wrapped around with IPv6. Everytime i use Championify to Update my Item Builds, i get the Message from my Teamspeak Client that it has lost its Synchronisation to the Teamspeak Cloud (Not to my Server). When i try to open a Site then with IPv4 (lets say p***hub.com for example, because they dont use IPv6 yet) its really slow and i need almost 15-20 seconds to complete the Loading. Im not sure what that is, but maybe my IPv4 Connection is kind of "restricted" in the way how many Packets i can send in a Specific Period of time?. Maybe if there is a possibility to limit the Requests per Second / Minute that would fix it and maybe fix my Inicial Problem? Or is my Championify running into a Deadlock Request Issue because of that Parsing Issues i see above in the Log?, if yes do i need to update something on my End? (Java, Adobe etc should be on the latest Version )

I'm seeing a lot of timeout issues in your logs, which may sync up with theory. Championify is making quite a few requests at once, but not enough to hit the cap per domain. However the view going blank shouldn't happen either way. I'll mark this as a bug.

Hi, thank you. Maybe u can add a Option to Limit the Requests like i said?. Well i will try to Update it next time via my Mobile Network and tell you the Result here.

Anyway: Thank you very much for one of the best Addons / Helps you can get for League of Legends at this time. You have done a awesome work and development

I had this same issue as well, ever since patch 8.3 or thereabouts. I just deleted all items and reimported them. This could be coincidental, of course. Win 10 with latest patches here as well.
