When a large number of item sets are not available, the list of champions/lanes overflows the space provided for it. There is no scrollbar, and no way to resize the window.

Edit: Maybe the list is just "perfectly" long enough that the last entry is partially covered by the bottom bar and thus appears to be overflowing.
