Cannot acces json file issue #403

I have seen many issues opened up and closed about the cannot access json error when you open championify. I usually reinstall and get it working just fine. Am I doing something wrong or do I have to reinstall the program after every single patch?

It's usually something to do with users firewalls/antivirus', has nothing to do with the app itself.

I was having problems pushing and pulling projects from visual studios and fixed it by updating visual studios. I don't remember the specifics, something to do with an older encryption GitHub stopped supporting. I will try again when I get home and look into my firewall settings. Thanks for responding.
