Error when Transcoding Machine is Launched. #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
When I try to run Transcoding Machine, I get the following error:
"You can't open the application TranscodingMachine because it is not supported 
on this type of 
Mac." (See screenshot)

Also, the application icon shows a circle with a line through it, indicating 
that it cannot be opened 
(See screenshot).

I'm running Mac OS 10.6.3 (32-bit mode) on a Core Duo iMac.

I personally run the application on 10.6.3 and 10.5 as do other users, I am 
certain it runs on those platforms you 
must have some other software preventing it from running or a permissions 
problem of some kind. You will need 
to work with apple to get the system issues worked out.
