request: a Beatstep module #6

I don't have the Minilab-3, however, I have the Arturia Beatstep (and a pro, that i use as a sequencer)

I Would love to see a module like this for the beatstep. Using it's pads (16), Encoders (16) and transport buttons to do what you do with this (vcv-minilab3) module.

Maybe only 8 pads for "encoder banks" - and the other 8 can be momentary or toggle CV's

Hmm. I wonder how much of a challenge it would be to try to make that without the device on hand. It'd be practically the same code so maybe I could just wing it.

Just on a sidenote, I patched something and shared it earlier. https://community.vcvrack.com/t/using-push-2-as-controller-for-vcv-rack/16097/3

It showed how to use buttons as modifers for the encoders on the Ableton Push2.

I think your module can be quite popular, if you could somehow make it work for different hardware. Just let me know, and I will do some thorough testing.
