More specific evidence sources! #319

I have often hoped that ControlPlane could switch to another context when I navigate to a certain website or open a file. I couldn't find any doable method to have the opening of an url to trigger an applescript. It'd be very helpful if you could add these features:

-Evidence source: URL open (stem contains text...) -Evidence source: Open document (specific, chosen, any type of file)

You can create rules for what apps are running or even active, but not what specific file or URL is open.
