Feature request: Toggle function keys option #370

New action in the System Preferences category to toggle the checkbox for "Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys". screen_shot_2014-09-30_at_2_17_53_pm

I've accomplished this previously via applescript (gist), but the script needs to be modified for various versions of OS X (namely, yosemite).
