Enable/disable screensaver password doesn't work on El Capitan #437

I used this action on OS X Yosemite, and it worked fine. Recently I upgraded to the latest version of OS X, El Capitan 10.11.2, and it stopped working. When I open System Preferences, the checkbox toggles correctly, but the lock doesn't actually occur.
