Screen unlock context activates only on sleep / wake up? #488

I am trying to run a script using "Screen lock/unlock" evidence source, yet I see it activates only when MBP goes from sleep to wake. I tried fast user switching, or manual locking/unlocking -- but evidence does not fire until I fold/re-open macbook's lid (given MacOS gets enough time to fall asleep).

MBP Retina 15'' 2013, 10.12.5 Beta (16F43c) CP 1.6.6
