Context switches when screensaver is on (Sierra) #490

Hi,

I've noticed the context switches on and off randomly when screensaver is on for a few mins. I can tell from notifications generated while the screensaver was on.

one of the rules is Wifi SSID - I am wondering if Mac looses wifi while the screensaver is on for some time and ControlPlane switches context?
