It's a shame, this was a very useful app in its day, in fact it was central to my security setup as it ran a script to kill the user session and re-require a password every time any significant change of state occurred.
Now, though, all it does is crash every 10 seconds, interrupting me with the "ControlPlane has unexpectedly quit" dialog repeatedly, and retriggering the "lid opened" state every time it restarts, requiring me to re-enter my password every 10 seconds. This makes my laptop unusable while ControlPlane is running.
It would be great if it were fixed. Recommendations for an alternative app that has similar functions but works on Sierra would be appreciated.
