Update old builder container packages to the new builder-upload-to-PIP-server style #518

Updated the following packages to use the new builder-upload-to-PIP-server style with install.sh and build.sh.

This fixes the (unwanted) GitHub password (token passphrase) prompt at the beginning of the build process invoked by calling find_container().
