No make file present within build file #1787

I follow all of the steps and then get the following error when I make within the build directory:

mic-711@ubuntu:~/jetson-inference/build$ make make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.

The contents of my build directory is as follows:

ic-711@ubuntu:~/jetson-inference/build$ ls aarch64 install-pytorch.sh CMakeCache.txt python CMakeFiles tools docs torch-2.0.0.nv23.05-cp38-cp38-linux_aarch64.whl examples torchvision-38 install-pytorch.rc utils
