cmake stucked for about 40 minutes - jetson orin nano on latest Jetpack v6.0 #1854

Following https://github.com/dusty-nv/jetson-inference/blob/master/docs/building-repo-2.md, I'm stucked here for about 40 minutes.

Any one knows why?

PS: something like, https://github.com/dusty-nv/jetson-inference/issues/1563

EDIT: more than 80 minutes, stucked.
