instructions about segNet for segmentation #42

Hi, I can not find information of instructions about segNet for segmentation , is there any manual for us to read in the project?

Hi encore2020, yes indeed, I am authoring the next part of the tutorial for segNet. First I had to get the code and networks working. Within the next couple weeks, I will have the documentation to go along with. Also there is training guide included in DIGITS 5 (semantic segmentation).
