Does `in-and-out` actually work? #1

I saw the explanation of this plugin is not in the book "LazyVim for Ambitious Developers" anymore. I remember it used to be because that's how I discovered that plugin. I tried to configure it as shown in this repository, but it doesn't seem to work: everything I press "Ctrl+ENTER" when inside quotations or parenthesis in insert mode, it just inserts a newline and does not jump out.

I can answer myself: it does work, but not in gnome-terminal and probably other terminals that do not accept Ctrl so they just issue CR.

It does not work in konsole either. It works in Alacritty.

For the moment, I prefer to map Alt-ENTER instead of Ctrl-ENTER.
